It is my honor to work with you to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new art! If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away and email photos of the damage to shesna@distantstarstudio.com. If you are unhappy with the painting, you may return it within 7 business days. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once the painting has arrived at DSS, a refund will be issued.
